FAQ: I won the bid, but the item is not shipping?

You heard that right, if you're just joining us or a long time gawker, you would notice that on the home page we have revealed that all products will be shipped for free after 25 bids. 

.....here's the kicker!

Products may not be shipped because we do not release a product until it has secured 15 bids. Sometimes we will make an exception to the rule. You will know there is an exception to that rule when it is implicitly stated for that product only. Here's some examples:

Example 1:
A used product has 14 bids. No one bids anymore.
The product will not be released because it has not reached the minimum required bids.

Example 2: 
A used product has 23 bids. No one bids anymore.
The product will be released because it has reached the minimum required bids.

Example 3:
A used product has 15 bids from the same EXACT user. No one bids anymore.
The product will be released because it has reached the minimum required bids.
